Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. If you can complete checkout, we can ship to you!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at support@hausinno.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
